Matthew G. Williams is an experienced litigator, representing small businesses and individuals throughout Northern Virginia.  Mr. Williams excels at helping small business clients in all their needs, from formation to contract drafting, litigation, debt collection, landlord/tenant representation, regulatory compliance, buy/sell agreements, and everything in between.  He also practices family law, representing clients in divorces, custody and support matters, and adoptions.  Mr. Williams has written numerous successful appeals to the Board of Immigration appeals, and handles appeals to the Fourth Circuit, the Virginia Court of Appeals, and the Virginia Supreme Court.  Mr. Williams also has experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury actions.
