Sefton Smyth graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2004, where he was involved in the Lyle Moot Court Competition, the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Law Journal, and the Criminal Defense Clinic. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Smyth worked with his father at the firm of Smyth & Smyth Attorneys. Mr. Smyth is licensed to practice in Virginia State courts, Eastern District of Virginia, Maryland State and Federal courts and the District of Columbia.
